16-11-120. Cigarette licenses. Every wholesaler, subjobber, retailer, or cigarette vendor shall obtain a license from the department before engaging in the business of wholesaler, subjobber, retailer, or cigarette vendor. A separate application and a separate license shall be required for each place of business owned, controlled, or operated by such wholesaler, subjobber, retailer, or cigarette vendor within the state of Montana. Application forms shall require the type and general description of applicant organizations, names of all known owners, and such other pertinent information as the department may require in regularly promulgated regulations.
