     17-5-423. Authorization of bonds for 1985 authorized projects. The board of examiners is authorized to issue and sell long-range building program general obligation bonds in an amount not exceeding $5,450,000 for the projects described in section 5 of House Bill No. 861, Laws of 1985; $1,700,000 for purposes described in Chapter 676, Laws of 1985; and $1,400,000 for the construction of the swimming pool addition to the physical education facility at western Montana college of the university of Montana over and above the amount of long-range building program bonds outstanding on January 1, 1985, to be issued in accordance with the terms and in the manner required by Title 17, chapter 5, part 8. The authority granted to the board by this section is in addition to any other authorization to the board to issue and sell long-range building program general obligation bonds.
