19-18-513. Transfer of premium taxes to state treasury. The state auditor shall estimate the portion of premium taxes needed to make the payments required by this chapter and shall pay an amount equal to the estimate into the state treasury, to the credit of the state special revenue fund. The payment is statutorily appropriated as provided in 17-7-502. Any balances remaining after such payments have been ordered shall be transferred to the general fund.
