20-1-402. Number of fire drills required -- avoiding severe cold weather. There shall be at least eight fire exit drills a year in schools. In climates where the weather is severe during the winter months, weekly drills should be held at the beginning of the school term to complete the required number of drills before cold weather so as not to endanger the health of the pupils.
