     20-30-304. Revocation of license or permit. (1) If the department has reasonable cause to believe that a holder of a license or permit issued under any provision of this chapter has violated or is in violation of this chapter or criteria established under this chapter, the department may revoke the license or permit as provided.
     (2) A decision respecting revocation of a license or permit shall be made after opportunity for hearing before the department. Matters concerning the revocation of licenses or permits, hearings, and judicial review will be handled as contested cases under the Administrative Procedure Act.
