20-30-306. Fees. All fees collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be deposited in the general fund, and no fees collected under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to refund. The fees to be collected by the department shall accompany an application for authorization to operate or for an agent's permit, in accordance with the following schedule:
     (1) The initial application fee for a license shall be $50.
     (2) The renewal fee for a license shall be $25.
     (3) The initial fee for permit shall be $25.
     (4) The renewal fee for permit shall be $10.
