     25-34-203. Order of court directing defendant to pay or answer claim. (1) Upon the filing of the affidavit and payment of the fee hereinafter provided, the clerk of court shall cause to be delivered to the sheriff of the county of the defendant's residence a copy of the affidavit together with the original and a copy of an order issued by the court, directed to the defendant, and directing the defendant to pay the claim set forth in the affidavit or deliver up the property described or, in the alternative, to appear and answer the claim set forth in the affidavit.
     (2) The order shall:
     (a) specify the time, date, and place set for hearing the claim;
     (b) state that if the defendant fails to appear at the hearing and has not satisfied the claim, judgment will be entered against him in the amount or for the relief claimed plus costs; and
     (c) be signed by the clerk of court and bear the seal of the court.
