     33-19-402. Hearings. The commissioner shall hold a hearing whenever he has reason to believe that an insurance institution, insurance producer, or insurance-support organization has been or is engaged in conduct in this state that violates this chapter or if the commissioner believes that an insurance-support organization has been or is engaged in conduct outside this state which has an effect on a person residing in this state and which violates this chapter. Hearings conducted under this section are governed by Title 2, chapter 4 and Title 33, chapter 1, part 7.
