33-2-1311. Bonds of commissioner and his deputies. In any proceeding under this part, the commissioner and his deputies are responsible on their official bonds for the faithful performance of their duties. If the court finds it desirable for the protection of the assets, it may at any time require an additional bond from the commissioner or his deputies, and such bonds shall be paid for out of the assets of the insurer as a cost of administration.
