35-8-212. License fee. (1) In addition to the filing fee authorized by 35-8-211, the secretary of state shall charge and collect from each foreign limited liability company a license fee of $50 at the time of filing its articles of organization.
     (2) In addition to the filing fee authorized by 35-8-211, the secretary of state shall charge and collect from each foreign limited liability company a license fee of $50 at the time of filing an application for a certificate of authority to transact business.
