     37-12-305. Licensing chiropractors from other states without examination. Persons licensed to practice chiropractic under the laws of any other state having chiropractic educational requirements equal to this chapter may, in the discretion of the board, be issued a license to practice in this state without examination upon payment of the fee prescribed by the board as herein provided.
