37-50-317. Certificate, license, and permit expiration -- renewal fees. (1) Certificates, licenses, and permits issued by the board expire on the date set by department rule.
     (2) Certificates and licenses must be renewed by the department upon payment of the annual renewal fee and upon compliance with requirements prescribed by the board.
     (3) Permits must be renewed by the department upon payment of the annual renewal fee and upon compliance with the requirements prescribed by the board.
