37-54-305. Issuance and display of certificate. (1) The board shall issue a certificate and a pocket card to a person who meets the requirements of 37-54-302 through 37-54-304.
     (2) The certificate must include the dates of issuance and renewal of certification.
     (3) A certified real estate appraiser shall conspicuously display the certificate in his principal place of business.
     (4) A certified real estate appraiser shall designate the class for which he is certified and place his certificate number on each appraisal report, contract, or other instrument used by him in conducting real estate appraisal activities.
