5-18-102. Revenue oversight committee -- appointment and composition. (1) There is a revenue oversight committee.
     (2) The committee consists of:
     (a) six members of the senate appointed by the committee on committees in consultation with the chairman of the senate taxation committee and the minority leader of the senate;
     (b) six members of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker in consultation with the chairman of the house taxation committee and the minority leader of the house.
     (3) No more than three members from each house may be of the same political party.
     (4) Members must be appointed before the 90th legislative day of a regular session.
