5-5-212. Implied resignation of subcommittee member -- vacancies. If a subcommittee member misses more than two committee meetings or hearings without just cause when the legislature is not in session, the member is considered to have resigned and the vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointment. Any other vacancy shall be filled in the same manner.
