     50-60-107. Certificate of occupancy. (1) A certificate of occupancy for a building constructed in accordance with the provisions of the state or municipal building code shall certify that the building conforms to the requirements of the building regulations applicable to it.
     (2) Every certificate of occupancy, unless and until set aside or vacated by a court of competent jurisdiction, is binding and conclusive upon all municipal agencies as to all matters set forth, and no order, directive, or requirement at variance therewith may be made or issued by any other state or municipal agency.
