50-74-219. Fee for inspection. Whenever a department inspector inspects a boiler, a fee must be charged and collected by the department prior to issuance of an inspection certificate in accordance with the following schedule:
     (1) operating certificate, $20;
     (2) internal inspection, $40;
     (3) external inspection:
     (a) hot water heating and supply, $15;
     (b) steam heating, $20; and
     (c) power boiler, $30; and
     (4) special inspection, $50 per hour plus expenses.
