     50-76-104. Application and fee for license. Application for licenses must be made to the department of commerce and submitted with the appropriate fee that is set commensurate with the cost of administering this program, to be deposited in the state special revenue fund for use by the department. The same fee must be charged as required by law for obtaining a license to operate steam engines, boilers, and steam-driven machinery under chapter 74 of this title.
