61-3-454. Special parking privilege. A vehicle lawfully displaying specially inscribed license plates issued under 61-3-332(10)(c)(i)(A) or 61-3-426(2) and conveying a 100% disabled veteran is entitled to the parking privileges allowed a handicapped person's vehicle under 49-4-302.
