     61-4-309. Definition. (1) "Mobile home", for the purposes of 61-4-310, means a trailer or semitrailer which is designed, constructed, and equipped as a dwelling place, living abode, or sleeping place (either permanently or temporarily) and is equipped for movement on streets and highways and exceeds 25 feet in length, exclusive of trailer hitch.
     (2) For the purpose of 61-4-310, a mobile home shall be considered unladen when all items are removed except the equipment originally installed by the manufacturer and personal effects of owners.
