61-8-407. Definition of alcohol concentration. For purposes of 16-6-305, 61-8-401, and 61-8-406, "alcohol concentration" means either grams of alcohol per 100 milliliters of blood, grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath, or grams of alcohol per 75.3 milliliters of urine.
