     61-8-803. Suspension of commercial driver's license -- serious traffic violations. If a commercial motor vehicle operator's record shows that the operator has been convicted of a serious traffic violation as defined in federal regulations, the department shall suspend the commercial driver's license:
     (1) for 60 days if the operator was convicted of two hazardous moving violations within 3 years; or
     (2) for 120 days if the operator was convicted of three hazardous moving violations within 3 years.
