     69-3-805. Manner of regulation of telecommunications service. (1) Before any person or entity provides regulated telecommunications service within the state of Montana, it shall file with the commission a notice including:
     (a) the name and address of the provider;
     (b) a narrative description of the regulated telecommunications service to be offered and the geographic area and markets to be served;
     (c) initial tariffs for the regulated telecommunications service;
     (d) such other information as the commission may require to accomplish the purpose of this chapter.
     (2) The provision of any regulated telecommunications service does not subject the provider thereof to regulation of any other telecommunications services otherwise exempt under this chapter.
