7-13-214. (Temporary) Composition of board of directors. (1) The board shall consist of not less than five members.
     (2) (a) The board shall consist of one county commissioner, one member from each incorporated city or town that is included in the district, and one member of the county or city-county board of health.
     (b) The rest of the board shall consist of interested citizens, distributed equally throughout the district.
     (3) In those counties where full-time city-county health departments exist, the city-county board of health may be designated as the board of directors for the solid waste management district. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
