     7-16-2204. (Temporary) Role of board of trustees. It is the duty of the board:
     (1) to have the immediate custody, charge, and control of the museum, facility for the arts, or collection;
     (2) to make rules as may be necessary and reasonable for the preservation, upkeep, care, maintenance, operation, support, and display of the museum, facility, or collection; and
     (3) to make to the board of county commissioners, not later than July 15 of each year:
     (a) a report in writing, detailing all gifts and donations made to the museum, facility for the arts, or collection and the receipts and expenditures during the immediately preceding fiscal year; and
     (b) an estimate of the amount to be budgeted for the museum, facility for the arts, or collection in the budget of the county for the then current fiscal year. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
