     7-16-2313. (Temporary) Conduct of park board business. (1) The board of park commissioners shall hold an annual meeting on the first Monday of May and a meeting at least once in each month in each year at such times as the board shall by rule prescribe. Special meetings may also be held at the call of the president or, in his absence, the vice-president, upon giving to each member of said board at least 24 hours' notice in writing of the time and place of holding such meeting. A member of the board by his appearance at a special meeting shall waive the requirement of written notice.
     (2) A majority of the entire board shall be necessary to constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of said board. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
