7-16-4204. (Temporary) Term of office. (1) Except as provided in subsection (2), the term of office of each park commissioner shall be 2 years from and after the first day of May of the year in which he is appointed and until his successor is appointed and qualified.
     (2) Three of the commissioners first appointed shall hold office for the period of 1 year from and after the first day of May and until their successors are appointed and qualified. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
