     7-21-2309. License to be displayed upon demand. (1) Every such itinerant vendor doing business under the provisions of this part must upon demand of any person exhibit his license and permit the same to then and there be read by the person making such demand.
     (2) Any such itinerant vendor who shall willfully refuse or fail to exhibit his license as above provided is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $250 for each offense.
