7-21-3202. Limitation on appropriation to promote county products. The appropriation authorized by 7-21-3201 shall not exceed in any one year the following amounts:
     (1) in counties of the first class or second class, $1,000;
     (2) in counties of the third class, $500;
     (3) in all other counties, $250.
