     7-21-3433. Authorization for mill levy. (1) For the purpose of raising the revenues, the board of county commissioners of each county in the district shall annually make a levy to raise the required sum apportioned to the respective county.
     (2) However, the levy shall not exceed 1 mill on the dollar of the taxable value of all the taxable property in the county, except in the case of the county in which the fair is being conducted. In this county, the levy shall not exceed 1 1/2 mills on the dollar of taxable property in the county.
