7-22-2105. (Temporary) Organization of district weed board and compensation. (1) The board shall organize by choosing a chairman and a secretary. The secretary may or may not be a member of the board.
     (2) Salary, per diem, and mileage of such board members shall be set by resolution of the commissioners.
     (3) A majority of the board constitutes a quorum for the conduct of business. (Repealed October 1, 1996--sec. 25, Ch. 543, L. 1995.)
