76-16-207. Filing of map or plat of district. A state district shall, upon completion of its organization, file with the county clerk and recorder of each county in which its lands lie a map or plat of the external boundaries of the state district and a copy of its articles of incorporation. If the boundaries of a state district are changed and the changes are approved by the department after a hearing, the state district shall file with the county clerk or clerks a map or plat indicating the changed boundaries.
