     76-4-1116. Enforcement procedures -- hearing. (1) When in the opinion of the board a person has violated or is violating or is about to violate any of the provisions of this part, the board may order the person to desist and refrain from doing so.
     (2) If an examination of the project shows that the sale or lease would constitute misrepresentation to or deceit or fraud of the purchasers or lessees of lots or parcels in a subdivision, the board may issue an order prohibiting the sale or lease, or either, of the property in this state.
     (3) If, after such an order is made, a request for a hearing by the board is filed in writing and a hearing is not held within 60 days thereafter, the order is rescinded.
