     77-1-221. Acceptance of Power-Tobin mansion -- designation -- use. (1) The state of Montana accepts the bequest of the Power-Tobin mansion if sufficient private sector funding is obtained. The board of land commissioners shall manage the mansion for the state.
     (2) The Power-Tobin mansion, located at 624 Dearborn Avenue, Helena, Montana, is the governor's centennial mansion. The mansion must be used for official ceremonial functions of the state and to provide suitable living quarters for the governor of the state.
