80-4-423. Delivery of agricultural commodities containing toxic chemicals to warehouse or to commodity dealer unlawful. It is unlawful for any person to deliver to any warehouse or commodity dealer an agricultural commodity in bulk if the commodity contains toxic chemicals and the person knew or upon the exercise of reasonable diligence should have known of the presence of the toxic chemicals in the commodity.
