80-4-702. Qualifications of official grain inspectors, samplers, and weighers. Official grain inspectors, samplers, and weighers must be qualified in accordance with the Grain Standards Act. Official grain inspectors, samplers, and weighers may not be directly or indirectly interested in the handling, sorting, shipping, purchasing, or selling of grain or grain commodities.
