     82-3-205. Penalty. (1) Each person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25 or more than $500 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 90 days or by both fine and imprisonment.
     (2) Any person, firm, or corporation convicted of a second violation of any of the provisions of this part must be punished as provided in subsection (1), and it is unlawful for the person, firm, or corporation to engage in business, either directly or indirectly, for a period of 6 months after the second conviction.
