     85-5-103. Oath and bond. Each water commissioner so appointed by the court shall subscribe and file with the clerk of the district court an oath of office before commencing the discharge of his duties as commissioner and shall likewise file with said clerk a bond executed by himself, with two or more sureties, in such sum as the judge of said court may designate, to insure the faithful discharge of his duties.
