87-4-901. Game birds defined. For purposes of this part, the following definitions apply:
     (1) "Game birds" means all birds defined as game birds in 87-2-101, except that the only pheasants included are ring-necked pheasants, and quail are not included.
     (2) "Game bird farm" means an enclosed area upon which game birds may be kept for purposes of obtaining, rearing in captivity, keeping, and selling game birds or parts of game birds as authorized under this part.
