A Bill for an Act entitled: "An Act eliminating archaic consumer protection provisions pertaining to paint labeling and coal invoices; and repealing sections 30-12-1001, 30-12-1002, 30-12-1003, 30-12-1004, 30-12-1005, 30-12-1006, 82-3-201, 82-3-202, 82-3-203, 82-3-204, and 82-3-205, MCA."

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Montana:

NEW SECTION. Section 1.  Repealer. Sections 30-12-1001, 30-12-1002, 30-12-1003, 30-12-1004, 30-12-1005, 30-12-1006, 82-3-201, 82-3-202, 82-3-203, 82-3-204, and 82-3-205, MCA, are repealed.
