A Bill for an Act entitled: "An Act officially designating the Korean veterans' memorial in Stodden Park, Butte, Montana, as the A state Korean veterans' memorial; and directing that the memorial be identified on official state maps."

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Montana:

NEW SECTION. Section 1.  State Korean veterans' memorial. (1) The Korean veterans' memorial located in Stodden Park, Butte, Montana, dedicated to the men and women who served the United States in the Republic of Korea, is the AN official state Korean veterans' memorial.

(2) The department of commerce is AND THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION ARE directed to reference the location of the A state Korean veterans' memorial on official state maps.

NEW SECTION. Section 2.  Codification instruction. [Section 1] is intended to be codified as an integral part of Title 1, chapter 1, part 5, and the provisions of Title 1, chapter 1, part 5, apply to [section 1].
