A Bill for an Act entitled: "An Act removing the sunset provision on the committee on public employee retirement systems; repealing Section 9, Chapter 549, Laws of 1993; and providing an immediate effective date."

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Montana:

NEW SECTION. Section 1.  Repealer. Section 9, Chapter 549, Laws of 1993, is repealed.

NEW SECTION. Section 2.  Effective date. [This act] is effective on passage and approval.
