10-2-601. State veterans' cemeteries. The department of military affairs shall establish state veterans' cemeteries. A cemetery must be located at Fort William Henry Harrison, Lewis and Clark County, Montana, and at the location chosen pursuant to sections 1 through 6, Chapter 109, Laws of 1997 .
