     16-11-134. Forged license stamp or insignia. Every person who shall make, alter, forge, or counterfeit any license stamp or insignia provided for in this law or who shall assist or be concerned therein or who shall have in his possession any altered, forged, counterfeit, or spurious stamp, license, or insignia with intent to defraud the state is guilty of forgery.
