     19-6-401. Payments into pension trust fund. All appropriations made by the state, all contributions by members, in the amount specified, all interest on and increase of the investments and money under this pension trust fund, and a portion of the fees from driver's licenses and duplicate driver's licenses as provided in 61-5-121 must be paid to the pension trust fund.
