     33-30-303. Grievance procedure for members. Any individual member of a corporation, subject to the provisions of this chapter, who believes himself to be aggrieved by any act or omission of the corporation or its officers, directors, or employees may file a statement in writing of his grievance in the office of the commissioner, and the commissioner may investigate the grievance. No investigation by the commissioner shall act as a bar to any suit in a court of competent jurisdiction instituted by an aggrieved member or as a bar to any defense by the involved corporation.
