     39-72-705. Burial expenses. In addition to and separate and apart from any other compensation or benefit provided for in this chapter, there shall be paid in case of death of an employee, which death is the result of an occupational disease contracted in the course of employment, the reasonable burial expenses of the employee, not exceeding the maximum amount provided for in 39-71-725.
