39-72-709. Diminution of compensation. Compensation payable pursuant to the terms of this chapter to the claimant, his beneficiaries, or dependents shall be diminished by the amount of any compensation paid or to be paid him or them under the Workers' Compensation Act of Montana or any other workers' compensation act.
