5-20-204. (Temporary) Vacancies. (1) A legislative vacancy occurring during a legislative session must be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
     (2) A legislative vacancy occurring when the legislature is not in session must be filled by the selection of a member from the appropriate house and political party by the remaining members of the committee.
     (3) All other vacancies must be filled in the same manner as the original appointment.
     (4) An appointment to the committee under this section is for the unexpired term of the original member. (Terminates July 1, 2005--sec. 1, Ch. 225, L. 1997.)
