     5-23-103. (Temporary) Legislative oversight committee on state management systems -- appointment and composition. (1) There is a legislative oversight committee on state management systems.
     (2) The committee consists of:
     (a) two members of the senate appointed by the committee on committees;
     (b) two members of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker;
     (c) two members of the legislative finance committee, including a member of the senate appointed by the committee on committees and a member of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker; and
     (d) two members of the legislative audit committee, including a member of the senate appointed by the committee on committees and a member of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker.
     (3) Each appointing authority in subsections (2)(a) through (2)(d) may not appoint more than two members of the same political party.
     (4) Members must be appointed before the 90th legislative day of a regular session. (Terminates December 31, 2002--sec. 14, Ch. 391, L. 1997.)
